Las Positas Ranch

Established in 2000, Las Positas Ranch consists of 137 acres of premium viticultural land, of which 89 are currently under cultivation. Six varietals, including Zinfandel, Syrah, Petite Syrah, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Chardonnay, produce wine grapes for Wente Family Vineyards, Rosenblum Cellars and TKG's own Foggy Bridge Winery. Las Positas Ranch lies in the San Francisco Bay AVA and is located in the Livermore Valley.

To improve fruit quality and enhance yields, Tri-Valley Vineyards has introduced state of the art microbial laboratory testing methods to ascertain plant and soil conditions and the application of organic fertilizers, herbicides, pesticides and microbial amendments to the vineyard.

Tri-Valley Vineyards is transitioning Las Positas Ranch from sustainable farming to organic farming practices so that the vineyard becomes a certified organic farm.
