Warsaw Distribution Center (WDC) is the first modern master-planned warehouse business park developed since the fall of Communism located in Warsaw, Poland. It consists of five buildings totaling 350,000 square feet with high-bay warehouse and office space. The project is located one mile from Chopin International Airport and won the award for the best warehouse business park in Poland. WDC offers high clear-height warehouse storage, multiple loading dock options, a fire sprinkler system, modern custom built offices, fiber-optic telecom, 24/7 security, an on-site cafe, and on-site property management.
