In every investment we consider our exit strategy to be as important as the initial acquisition.

The company always invests its own funds in every investment opportunity it pursues. TKG also invests alongside institutional investors, high net worth individuals and property owners with under-performing assets as joint venture partners to pursue select development opportunities. TKG aligns its interests with those of its investor partners by placing its own capital at risk, receiving our returns only when our partners receive theirs, and by providing development and management services at cost to the venture in every project we undertake.

TKG has enjoyed venture relationships with publicly traded companies, venture capital firms and private individuals. TKG maintains a project financing relationship with one of the most respected financial institutions in the industry and among the largest commercial real estate development lenders in the U.S. The company has also obtained project financing from a variety of institutional capital providers.

In Europe, TKG has arranged equity financing through publicly-traded companies, venture capital firms and private individuals, and has obtained project financing from multinational institutional capital providers.
