Triangle Technology Park

Triangle Technology Park is a brownfield redevelopment project, which was developed from a site once used by PDM Steel for fabrication. The site was contaminated with lead paint, petroleum products and PCB's and required an environmental clean-up according to standards set by the California Department of Toxic Substance Control. Today, the Park encompasses 430,000 square feet of office and R+D space in Santa Clara, California. The property was originally leased to Varian Associates, Mitsubishi, KLA - Tencor and several other high technology companies. The buildings developed by TKG later became part of the Mission West Properties, Inc. REIT.
