Stolica Business Center

Stolica Business Center (SBC) is a master-planned warehouse business park located in Warsaw, Poland. It consists of three buildings totaling 270,000 square feet with high-bay warehouse and office space. The project, completed in September 2007, is leased to United Parcel Service and is adjacent to the E-77, the main motorway to Krakow.

SBC offers high clear-height warehouse storage, loading dock options, a fire sprinkler system, modern offices built to the exact specifications of each client, fiber-optic telecom, 24-hour security, an on-site cafe and on-site professional property management.

Stolica Business Center was chosen by United Parcel Service (UPS) for its national distribution hub. Future SBC occupants will benefit from being in the same park as Poland`s largest courier service company.
