Independence Plaza

Independence Plaza is an 84,000 square foot office building in Livermore, California. The building is a steel frame and concrete tilt-up structure designed for multi-tenant occupancy. It stands adjacent to the vineyards at Las Positas Ranch and offers a commanding view of the Livermore Valley. The two-story, Class A structure was completed in 2002 and sold to SynPep Corp., a biotechnology firm.
